Expert witness

In many US litigation matters that involve Mexico law issues an expert witness's opinion, whether by written declaration, testimony at deposition or at trial, is needed to establish what the law in Mexico is.

Litigation consulting

In vigorously contested litigation matters that involve Mexican law issues each party retains its expert witness on Mexican law but need the advice of someone who understands Mexican law to advise them on how best to present the case and how to best use the Mexico law experts.

Co-counsel of record

In certain lawsuits involving the laws of Mexico it is very important to apprise the US Court as to certain limited issues on Mexico law or the status of proceedings in Mexico at a hearing. We can appear in courts throughout California as co-counsel for such purposes.
